The Cape Made mark shows that you are a registered member of the Cape Made.

• As a registered collective trademark, the Cape Made Mark can only be used to market products or services when a company or person is a registered member of Cape Made.

• To become a member

  • your company head office and/or your home needs to be in the Western Cape

  • your products and services are designed in the Western Cape

  • you need to agree to the terms of use

• The Cape Made mark can be used by members to market and promote locally designed and/or made products and services.

• The Cape Made mark must not be used by non-members

• We will investigate reports of potential misuse. You may lose your membership and face a fine if you use the logo in a dishonest or misleading way.

• Members must add a link on their website footer
